Ordering, Returns, Replacements & Refunds: The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within seven days of the sale, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer).; If the order is canceled before dispatch a full refund will be issued.; If the goods are being returned the refund will not be issued until the item(s) have been received by us and checked.; Returned items will only have the cost of the item refunded not the cost of postage.; All costs associated with returning the item to us are the customers responsibility.
